an online reservation is easy. Online rate reflects significant discount,
so you will save money too. After booking
deadline you need to check for availability and pay over
the phone.

below to tell us what you are buying and pay with

card
or Paypal

Paypal
will send you a payment receipt. You will NOT
receive a confirmation email from City Kayak. Please bring a printed
copy of the Paypal receipt or keep the email on your
smartphone as a proof of payment.

Please follow steps

1. Select the trip's cost
2. Size of your dry jacket
3. Name of the trip (or
organizer)
4. Date and time of the
trip
Cancellation Policy
If you need
to cancel, please let us know immediately by phone or email. Cancellation receives
refunds based on the following schedule:
7 days prior to trip- 100%
refund
20% deduction each day afterwards
Changes to trip dates and/or
itinerary can be made 7 days prior to trip date with no charge. Changes
within 7 days will incur a surcharge depending on
the severity of the change.
Weather related cancellation
is possible. You may have scheduled a Rain Date or we refund all
charges.
