Kayaking is easy to learn. You may find that you don't like your beginner kayak after afew use because your paddling ability outgrew a beginner kayak. Rent a few kayaks and spend some time on the water before buying one. You will find a kayak that is good for your lifetime. With our Rent to Buy card, you can apply your rental fee towards the purchase of a kayak.

 

Lifetime Warranty

We guarantee kayaks we sell for life. Any defects or damages under normal use will be repaired free of charge. Charges apply if the damage is caused by misuse.

Hassel-free Prices

The prices listed on this page is what you pay. There is no haggling involved. Because we update prices constantly to be competitive in the market, we do not guarantee prices.

Free Trip and Clinic

With your purchase you receive certificates for a trip or clinic. You will find where to go, when to paddle, how to gear up, and more;

Sit-on-top kayak: a day kayaking trip (valued up to $60)

Touring kayak: self-rescue clinic ($60 value)

 

Choices in Kayak

We carry over 100 kayaks from Necky, Ocean Kayak, Old Town, and Bic. While we carry some kayaks for ocean and lakes, most are best suitable for touring San Francisco bay. And, we know our kayaks because we use them in our daily trips .

 

Return or Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange any purchase. You have 30 days to return a new kayak or new gear if unused.

If the kayak is used at all or you purchased a used kayak, you can exchange the kayak for another model or get a refund minus daily rental fees.

We do not exchange any kayak that were modified.

 

Manufacturer

Necky's Zoar Sport LV is a sea-touring kayak. It features multi-chine hull that makes the kayak feel more stable in calm water, but also handles choppy water well. Low Volume (LV) version is suited for a smaller person who wants lighter and lower deck.

Recommended kayaker profile is 100lbs -160lbs 5'-5'6, beginner or above. This skeg version is 7lbs lighter and faster compared to a rudder configuration.
