Team Building Trips are ideal

Besides a memorable experience,
these activities give participants the opportunity to develop essential
teamwork skills including communication, leadership, and planning while
having fun.
All necessary gear is included: life jacket, paddle, dry jacket, spray skirt. Double
kayaks are typically used. Single kayak is available in certain cases.
Those who are not comfortable being on a kayak may ride the chase boat at the same cost. The chase boat is a motorized powerboat that can accomodate up to 6 people. It is common that they take photos and video clips for the group.

* Tax and 15% gratuity will
be added.
* 50% deposit at booking and the balance is due 7 days before.
In addition to the above per
capita charges, additional fees may apply for special considerations, like $10 per boxed lunch.
Reservation
You can make a reservaton using
the reservation inquiry form,
by phone, or via email. You should book as early as you can because we
start filling the calendar months in advance. We can't run a trip if a
guide is not available or the time slot is full.
Cancellation
Cancellation receives refunds
based on the following schedule:
7 days prior to trip- 100%
refund
6 days prior to trip- 80% refund
5 days prior to trip- 60% refund
4 days prior to trip- 40% refund
3 days prior to trip- 20% refund
2 days or less prior to trip do not receive refunds.
Changes to trip dates and/or
itinerary can be made 7 days prior to trip date with no charge. Changes
within 7 days will incur a surcharge between 10% to 50% depending on the
severity of the change and the number of days prior to the trip.
Weather related cancellation is possible. We recommend planing a rain date. 100% refund will be given if no alternative is available.
Location
Most kayak trips launch from South Beach Harbor, which is at the intersection
of The Embarcadero and Townsend.
Free visitor parking is located
in the front of the pier. Parking pass will be issued during check-in.
